🛍 Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and in original condition

    • In original packaging

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Opened or used fitness products (e.g., yoga mats, wearables, undergarments)

🔁 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at oab@ed2030.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review and respond with return instructions.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

💰 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

📦 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at oab@ed2030.com to request an exchange.

📨 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your bank or credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
